The cross has come to be the symbol of the Christian faith. Everyone understands that the cross is central to Christianity. But why is that the case? Why did Jesus have to die? In this session we look at why it’s significant that Jesus died under Pontius Pilate, why Jesus had to die, and what difference it makes to our lives today.
